1. Introduction
LG Electronics Inc. and its family of companies (together, “LGE” or “we”) is committed to protecting the information of those individuals and groups who use One:Quick Remote Meeting Services. This Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, use, and share your information that we obtain as a result of the use of One:Quick Remote Meeting service (the “Services”) by the end-user (“user” or “you”) and, in particular, sets out:
• What information LGE may obtain from you as a result of your use of the Services;
• How LGE uses the information that it obtains;
• When LGE shares information with others;
• How you may control LGE’s use and sharing of your information; and
• What rights you have.

2. What information does LGE obtain?
The information that we may receive when you use the Services falls into the categories described below, and it may be collected for the purposes of providing and improving the Services.
• When applying for use of the Services: id, password, your name, e-mail address, business information (optional), phone number (optional), and country
• When using the Services: your name, profile image (optional), e-mail address, business information (optional), country, IP address, information about the devices you use for the Services (“Device Information”), video/audio data during service use (optional), and record video/audio during service use (optional)
• When purchasing the Services: your e-mail address, phone number
• When accessing any website associated with the Services: your IP address, cookies (guest nickname, configuration value, wallpaper setting value, profile picture key value), and Device Information
In addition to receiving the information above, LGE may receive further information that you choose to provide in order to access certain services, or that you may provide to LGE in other contexts. Such information will be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

3. How LGE uses the information it obtains
We use information we obtain from your use of the Services (both non-personal information and, where applicable, personal information) for various purposes, including but not limited to:
• providing you with the Services;
• providing you with a user-friendly navigation experience;
• analyzing, reviewing, and improving the Services, as well as developing new services;
• understanding how you are using the Services One:Quick Remote Meeting is used
• protecting and defending our rights and property, including by way of legal proceedings;
• complying with regulatory requirements; and
• for internal record keeping.

• Consent: where you have chosen to provide it. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time; or
• Legal obligation: where the processing is necessary for compliance with our legal obligations.
Depending on the country where you are based, some or all features of the Services may not be available, and some of the features may have different names and may be combined with other features.
LGE reserves the right to add new features to or remove unused or unpopular features from the Services from time to time.

4. How LGE shares your information
For Our Business Purposes
LGE may sometimes share information with outside entities for our own business purposes. We share this information to provide or otherwise enable your use of the Services, and for various internal purposes, such as providing customer service, ensuring security, and analyzing the data we collect. For Other Reasons Related to the Services
In addition to the above, LGE may share your personal information for business purposes with the following categories of service partners:

These entities may receive your Device Information, and other basic identifying information, such as your name and contact details. Depending upon the nature of the service they provide, they may also receive your payment information, or other details relating to your use of the Services.
We store all data received and collected as a result of you using the Services in the system provided by [Amazon Web Services, Inc. (“AWS”)]. Right to Access
As a California resident, you may, subject to verification procedures, request details from us about the information we have collected from and about you over the past 12 months, including:
• the categories of personal information we have collected about you, including Device Information;
• the categories of sources from which the personal information was collected;
• the business or commercial purpose(s) for our collection or sale of your personal information;
• the categories of third parties with whom we have shared your personal information;
• the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you; and
• the categories of personal information we sell or disclose for a business purpose.

Right to Delete
As a California resident, you may, subject to verification procedures, request that we delete any personal information we have collected about you subject to a number of exceptions, including, but not limited to, if the information is necessary for us or our service provider to:
• complete your transaction;

• perform a contract between us and you;
• protect your security and prosecute those responsible for breaching it;
• fix our system in the case of a bug;
• protect the free speech rights of your or other users;
• comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act (Cal. Penal Code § 1546 et seq.);
• engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interests that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws;

• make other internal and lawful uses of the information that are compatible with the context in which you provided it.

Timing and Format of Our Response to Access or Deletion Requests
We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request for access or deletion within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
Do Not Sell My Personal Information or the equivalent
As a California resident, you have the right to direct us to stop selling or otherwise sharing your personal information with third parties in exchange for monetary or other valuable consideration. We keep the minimum personal information for “Remote Meeting” service and provide a security measure equivalent to the “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” toggle (“Do Not Sell” toggle) or even stricter as listed in clause 2~4. .
Verification Procedures
When you submit a request to access or delete your information, we will need to verify your identity before addressing and fulfilling your request.
Please be aware that if more than one person uses One:Quick Remote Meeting, LGE does not have a way to match the personal information we obtain to each relevant individual. As such, we may verify your identity on a household level and handle any access, deletion, or opt out requests on an aggregate household and/or device level.
Appointment of Authorized Agent
As a California resident, you may appoint an authorized agent to exercise your rights on your behalf. In order for us to honor a request made by your agent, you must submit proof of your written authorization of the agent.
Freedom from Discrimination
You have a right not to receive discriminatory treatment by LGE for exercising your California privacy rights.

6. Overseas Transfers
As a global organization, we, our affiliates, subsidiaries, and suppliers may need to transfer your information (including your personal information) in countries other than the country you reside, for example to our headquarters in South Korea. We may transfer your personal information in this manner in order to provide you with the Services and for any other purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, consistent with this Privacy Policy and any applicable laws. You should also bear in mind that the data protection laws in many of these countries may not offer the same level of protection as those in your home country. However, before transferring your information we will take necessary steps to ensure that such information will be afforded the same level of protection. By agreeing to this Privacy Policy you expressly consent to us and our business associates and suppliers processing your data in any jurisdiction, including, without limitation, South Korea and the United States of America, in accordance with this Privacy Policy. 7. How long will LGE keep my personal information?
We will take reasonable steps to make sure that we keep your personal information for no longer than is necessary for us to provide you with the Services or for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law.
We apply criteria to determine the appropriate retention period for different categories of personal information you provide us with. For example, we will keep information necessary to protect us from possible legal claims, such as information relating to a contract, for the lifetime of the contract and up to one (1) year thereafter. After expiration of this period, it will be deleted, or in some cases, anonymized. Where we have collected the personal information based on your consent and we have no other basis to continue with the processing of that information, we will delete your personal information if you subsequently withdraw your consent.

A cookie is a small data file, which often includes a unique device identifier that is stored, and it does not automatically or actively collect personally identifiable information, and you may refuse to save or delete such cookie, and may also reject the collection of such cookie, but please be advised that if you elect to delete or reject the collection of cookies, you may experience difficulties in using the Services.
• How will LGE use the cookies it collected?
We may use the cookies for target marketing and may use them to provide you with customized services by analyzing frequency, number and time of your visit and understanding your preferences, field of interest, and level of your participation in various events. We only collect anonymous information generated by the cookies (such as demographic data) and other similar technologies, and do not collect personally identifiable information. We do not combine such anonymous information with any personally identifiable information obtained through other ways.

9. Security
We use commercially reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality and security of your personal information. Nevertheless, due to the design of the Internet, ever-changing technology, and other factors outside of our control, we cannot guarantee that communications between you and our servers will be free from unauthorized access by third parties or that we will not be subject to security breaches. We do not accept any responsibility for the disclosure of personal information due to errors in transmission or unauthorized or unlawful acts of third parties.

10. Protecting the privacy of minors
Protecting the privacy of minors is important to LGE. For that reason, the Services are not directed at, nor designed for minors under 21 years old such that this Services are to be used for minors only under the discretion or consent of legal guardian (i.e., any person at the age before the rights and privileges of an adult are legally recognized in the jurisdiction where the person resides). We therefore do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from users who areunder 21. . Should we learn or be notified that we have collected information from minors , we will promptly delete such personal information.

11. Consenting for others
If you know that your Services will be used by more than one person, you represent that you have obtained consent from all others who will use this One:Quick Remote Meeting to this Privacy Policy and are providing consent to LGE on their behalf.

12. Changes to LGE's Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy will be updated at least once a year. If we make a material change to this Privacy Policy, we will inform you via the internet website (https://onequick.remotemeeting.com). You may be required to acknowledge or agree to the updated or amended Privacy Policy in order to continue using the Services.

14. Access and control of personal information
You have the right to withdraw any consent you have granted us. In addition, you have the right to request we delete, access, update, and correct inaccuracies in your personal information in our custody and control, and to receive a copy of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions prescribed by law. You also have the right to object to the manner in which we use or process your personal information and to withdraw any consent you have granted us in connection therewith. Please note that we may decline to process your request to the extent permitted by law if they are unreasonable or malicious, jeopardize the privacy of others, or are extremely impractical. We may request certain personal information for the purposes of verifying your identity to your personal information records. You have the right to request a restriction on the processing of your personal information while we verify your request.

15. Assignment
In the event that all or part of our assets are sold to or acquired by another party, or in the event of a merger, you grant us the right to assign the information collected via your use the Services to such transferee or surviving entity.
